1.1 Information you provide
- Account information — name, business name, email address, phone number and password when you register.
- Billing information — billing address and payment details, which are processed by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Campaign content — the messages, creatives, templates and contact lists you upload to send Social, Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Display Ad campaigns.
- Support communications — information you share when you contact us for help.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, campaigns created and delivery/engagement metrics.
- Device and log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences and measure usage. See Section 7.
1.3 Information about your contacts
To run campaigns on your behalf, you may upload information about your own customers and contacts (such as names, email addresses and phone numbers). You are the controller of that data; we process it as your processor and only to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and the necessary consents to upload and message those contacts.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Service.
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To process payments, subscriptions and invoices.
- To deliver your campaigns across connected channels and report on their performance.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.

- Service providers and channel partners — such as telecom and messaging gateways (for SMS), the Meta WhatsApp Business and Graph APIs (for WhatsApp and Social), email delivery providers, ad networks and Razorpay (for payments), strictly to deliver your campaigns and operate the Service.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process or to protect the rights, property or safety of GrowthBizo, our users or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
- With your direction — when you connect a third-party account or instruct us to share information.
5. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms required by applicable law.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
